Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you're looking for a single-user plan that allows you to collect file uploads up to 500 MB, I recommend our Bronze Annual plan. This plan gives you a total of 1GB in file uploads. You can check our pricing page for more details about the price and plan features.

Please visit Jotform's Pricing page to view all quotations and subscription fees for our paid plans. Additionally, you can confirm all monthly plan limits for our regular plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) on the Pricing page. If you already have a Jotform Starter account, I suggest you check the Billing page in your account to see the current price for the monthly and yearly prices we offer.  You can also Upgrade your Account on the same page. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
