How can someone access a previously completed form to update their information

We are currently trialling a form for residents of our retirement village to put in some basic information in case of an emergency. Information would be relevant to ambulance or site management if needing to assist a resident. We aim to send this form to our residents on a regular basis (at least twice a year)... is it possible for them to access previously completed form data and see if it requires updating?

Hi Michael,

You can add the edit link to the autoresponder email. Users can always get back to the autoresponder email they'll receive after submission to edit their answers. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Email on the left side of the screen.
3. On the right side, click on the gear icon.
4. Click on +Form Fields on the right side.
5. Select Edit Link below it.
6. Finally, click on the green Save button below the screen.

Now, for the previously submitted data to be edited by them, you need to resend the autoresponder with the edit link through the Send Button on the Submission Tables.

1. In Submission Tables, click on + Add tab on the right part
2. Select the Button tabs.
3. Select Send Email.
4. Click on Next below.
5. Enter a name for the column.
6. Click on Next below.
7. Select the autoresponder email.
8. Click on the green Create Column.
9. When you send the email, click on the Send Email button.
