Transfer owner of the form

    Hi Tran,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The form and its data were moved to the account associated with the an@breakproject.com email address as you requested. In addition, if you're using a custom URL for the form, it will no longer work when the forms are moved over to another account due to a change in ownership. It will change since they are linked to the username. Therefore, the forms with custom URLs need to be updated with the new account username after we transfer the forms.
