Prefilled forms: Indicate if invitation has been sent and the invitation date

    Hello!

I have a series of forms that need to be filled out by each client organization. After they have filled out the first form, I pass the contact information from Form 1 to Form 2, so the forms aren't repetitive.

I am creating new pre-filled forms (Form 2) as the first form (Form 1) is completed, so they are being sent in batches. Sometimes in singles or in small groups. Once a prefilled form is sent to a contact, is there a way to indicate on the record that the form has been sent, and when? I need to keep track of which prefilled forms have already been sent, which ones still need to be sent, and which ones require a follow-up. Please let me know if you're able to help with this.

    Thanks!

Here's a link to the prefill Form 2.

    Hi tedxmanhattanbeach,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the Prefill page does not indicate which links have been sent and completed by your user yet. Instead of manually creating prefilled links, it's possible to use Approval Flow to automatically send the second form's link with data prefilled from the first form. This guide will show you how to do that.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
