There might be additional charges that will be billed to other parties, but we can only get that information through your preferred payment processor company. Jotform only provides form builder and has nothing to know about payment processing charges.

Once you've decided to choose the payment processor company to use in your form integration, that's the time that you'll need to communicate with them and ask them the information.
