Total value not being printed on physical paper

    When I print an order by selecting it in our email in box it clearly shows the total at the bottom, but when I print it the total is blank. See attached photo. This is link to our form.

    I took a photo of the form on screen before printing but I can only upload one image.

    We use the form for our food bank Social Supermarket.

    Hi GWT Food Bank,

    I wasn't able to replicate the issue that you are facing after cloning your form here. I was able to see the total correctly both in the inbox itself and when receiving the notification email, please see my screenshot here:

    If you are continuing to find it difficult to see the total after you print from the notification email I would suggest to print the order from the form inbox directly instead. Let me show you how:

    1. Navigate to the Inbox page by selecting Inbox on your form which is located to the right of the Jotform Logo at the top left of the page.
    2. Select the submission or order in question.
    3. Click on the three dots menu to the right of the page in order to open the drop down menu in order to print your order directly from this page.
    4. Select Print from these options.

    Once you complete the above steps you'll be able to see the total from the order/submission in the preview screen before you decide to print the order, please see screenshot here:

    Hi GWT Food Bank,

    If you see the total on the print preview but not on the actual printed document, please check your printer settings as I have a feeling that the printer's settings may be accidentally removing a portion of the document due to margins. After checking, it doesn't seem like there is anything technically incorrect on your form or our platform that may be causing this issue in this instance.

    There is no setting to remove this bit of text on our tiny basic little brother printer.

    Hi Sophie,

    Thank you for your response. If you could check the print preview pop-up and adjust the margin using the more settings option for your printer, that might be what needs to be adjusted in order to include the total amount within the page parameters for your document. This is available for all printers before you print any document. If this doesn't resolve the issue you might need to reach out to the printer manufacturer for further troubleshooting.
