    Hi Lisa,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named PASSWORD whisperer that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting credit card information in plain text fields.

In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways you can do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature.

If you’ll agree to follow our Terms of Use and let us delete the offending fields on your form, we can lift the suspension on your account.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Hi Lisa,

Sorry for the confusion. Your account was suspended because your form PASSWORD whisperer was flagged as Form Phishing. When I checked your previous thread from 5 hours ago, my colleague successfully deleted the offending fields and activated your account. However, when I checked your form PASSWORD whisperer, the same form that was suspended earlier. It was edited again and the same offending fields were added back, and it happened 4 hours ago.

So, I've gone ahead and forwarded this matter to our relevant team. Once we hear back from them, we'll circle you back on this thread and let you know.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

you know it clearly was not me as I can't even log on. My entire team is
at a standstill. Cant you just delete the entire app. You can see I do
not need it but there is a team of 10 ppl depending on this app. and it
keeps shutting down. I had no idea creating a pw database for me and the
other 2 top tear executives would cause this much damage. You can just
    delete the entire passwords app.
