Option to upgrade to Silver with an invoicing process

We would like to purchase 1 silver license through our accounting dept. and need an invoice so we don't have to put it on a credit card.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that we only accept payments via credit card or PayPal for our paid subscriptions. The invoice will be available from your account's billing page after you upgrade. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the payment schedule that you prefer.

3. Choose the plan you want to buy.

4. Choose either a Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

5. If you choose the credit card option, enter your credit card details and click Pay.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. 

After the upgrade, you can view your invoices from your account's billing page. Check out our guide on How to Check and Edit Invoices.
