How many accounts do we own?

    Good morning,

    I would like to review what accounts we have with JotForm and how we can consolidate them to get the most from JotForm and pricing dependant on the consolidation

    School Plus Foundation and I think we have multiple accounts

    I am unsure if there are accounts for Our Patch Education & School Plus

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's not possible for us to determine how many account any organisation or association owns. If you can provide the email address of the possible accounts then we can check it for you, if you have a account associated with that email or not.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    the accounts I know of are

    Enrolments@schoolplus.com.au

    HR@schoolplus.com.au

    I will need to engage our other entities for theirs

    The aim for me is to see how we can consolidate into 1 account and get the best cost efficiency

    I think under Enterprise we can have multiple sub accounts

    If you could review these 2 to start with, that would be great

    Hi Debbie,

    I found that both accounts are on the paid plans:

    As your Gold plan has an unlimited form limit, you can utilize this account alone, and we can help migrate forms from the Silver plan to the Gold plan. However, if you're looking to maintain separate sub-accounts for your entities (School Plus Foundation, Our Patch Education, etc.), upgrading to the Enterprise plan would be the best option. The Enterprise plan supports multiple sub-accounts, providing centralized management and cost efficiency.

    You can decide on the account structure (single account or Enterprise plan with sub-accounts) and notify us, and we'll guide you through the migration and setup process.

    Can I please ask what we are paying for each account and what an enterprise account would cost?

    This will help me work with approvals
