Getting Istanbul time zone by default and availability showing 2 pm

Hello,

I'm working in my "Bone Scan Booking" form. I've set the availability in the appointment slot widget from 9am-2pm EST. When testing out the form, it keeps defaulting to Istanbul time zone and starting availability at 2pm. How can this be fixed?
