How to edit form submissions?

Our form is designed to take entries to a horse show. Often we have to change the rider division after the rider submits their form. When I try to do this I receive a "form data lock" error that the "sign document field can't be edited". Please advise as to how the form admin can updated?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Yes, you can edit submissions directly within the cell in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click on the cell that you want to edit.
2. Finally, delete the information in it and then enter the new data.

You may also edit the submission using the Jotform Inbox. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Inbox, select the submission that you wish to edit.
2. Now, click on the Three-dot button beside the Comment button.
3. Next, click on Edit in the dropdown menu.
4. Finally, edit the Form Submission and click on Submit Button.
