Deleted bookings not updating on website

    Hello,


    I have deleted 2 x bookings from the back end of Jotform but they are still showing as booked on my website.

    I have done this many times before and it has removed the booking but this time it is not working.

    I have tried logging in and out and viewing my website from 3 separate devices and this still hasn't updated?

    Hi Angela,

    I tested your form to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. I was able to fix the issue by simply clearing your form caches. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
