Unable to find old forms

Had several old forms. Have been paying for jotform and looks like for some reason I am back on the free version. how do I get to my old forms?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that your account has been downgraded to the Starter plan back in November 2023. I see that there are 5 forms in your account and all of them have 0 entries.

Can you confirm if you're looking for missing forms or missing submission data? If it's the forms, are you able to share the URL of those forms? If it's the submission data, you can check if the data are still stored in your Trashed Entries section. If the entries are still in the trash, you can restore them, here's how to do it:

1. Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.

2. Select Trashed entries from the men

3. In the Trash pane on the right, select the submissions to restore.

4. Click on the Restore button.
