How to show an answer based on the user selection and redirect to a meeting link?

I'm looking for a solution that, depending on the answers gathered, the form will either give an answer to the submitter that we aren't a good fit for their company or send them to a meeting link. Will it do this?

We can use conditions to show an answer based on the user selection and for the redirect link, we can use the thank you page. Do you have a form created that we can look at so that we can assist you? You can share the URL of the form.
