How can I export my QUESTIONS from a form to CSV

NOT the submissions.. the actual questions themselves?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there are no option to export the form itself into a CSV file. A workaround to this is to have the form as a downloadable PDF. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.

2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.

3. Click the Download button to download the form as a PDF.
