Configurable list: Prevent users from adding new rows unless filling in the old rows

The required field feature does not make sense here.

I am trying to ensure a user enters the required fields in the row before they click "ADD". That doesn't seem to exist.

Now there are 2 features for required field. One at the usual General configuration and again on the widget configuration. However none of them help me in getting fields required before being added.

Unfortunately, the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, but rest assured, we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. May I know why do you think this feature is really important? Even if the user adds multiple rows, you will receive only those filled-in rows and the submission will not send any ignored-empty rows. This means that you will not be confused and everything is clear.
