    Hi team,

When I receive the notification email in my inbox, I click on the Approve button on the email, but then I'm being asked to log in to my Jotform account.

Can I approve submissions directly from my inbox, without having to sign in every time?

    Thanks

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can do that, you just need to turn off the Require Login for Approver in your Approval flow settings. Let me show you how:

    1. In Approval Flows Builder, you need to click on Gear icon in Approval element.
    2. Scroll down and toggle off Require Login for Approver.

Once it is turned off, you don't need to log in to your Jotform account to approve or deny the request, you will be directed to a page where you can only approve or deny the request. You will see something like this.
