Change email address and password on the account

    Good morning,


    I was reaching out because I am the new Intermountain Fair Manger and this account is linked to the old fair manger whom no longer works here.


    Is it possible to switch emails and passwords since we paid for a years subscription.


    Would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi Robee,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's really easy to update the email address on the account. Here's how to do it:

    1. Hover over your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
    2. Click Settings.
    3. Click on Account on the left side of the page.
    4. You’ll see your registered email address at the bottom of the Profile Page, click Edit.

    As for resetting the password, here's how to do it:

    1. On the same Account page, click on Reset Password.

    Okay great I was doing that and it said the email was already in the system but I had just deleted my other account. Should I just give it time to recognize that my email is not linked to a different account any more?

    Hi Robee,

    Can I ask for the email address? Note that it takes 30 days for the system to permanently delete the email. What we can do is to reactivate the deleted account, so you can change the email that is not currently linked to a Jotform account. Once your preferred email address is no longer linked to another Jotform account, you can use the email on this account.

     Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
