Allow collaborators to edit my form.

Ownership of a form was transferred to me from another user. I was previously added as a collaborator on their end, but I don't seem to be able to add them as a collaborator on my end. I have been able to send them links to view the form, but I have not been able to get them permission to edit the form. I've tried both the "Add Collaborators" button at the top of the webpage and the "Assign Form" section that you can access via the Publish tab of the form. Attached is a screenshot of what I can see from my end on the "Assign Form" section.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The only way to add a collaborator to your form is by giving them the direct collaboration link, which you can get by clicking on the Add Collaborators button in Form Builder, as shown in the screenshot below:

Additionally, your collaborators no longer need to log in to their Jotform account, nor be requiring your permission in order to access and edit the form. Check out the screencast below:

But note that each Collaboration Link will expire in 72 hours. You can create a new collaboration link for the form before the existing one expires, which makes the existing link invalid.

Now, going back to the issue, can you tell us a bit more about how you're able to find out that your collaborators aren't able to edit the form? Did they try to access the collaboration link, which you created for more than 72 hours? Also, can you share the URL of the form with us? Let me show you where to find the form URL:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over the form and click on More on the right side of the page.
2. Under the Publish column, select Publish Form.
3. Click on the Copy Link button.
