How to attach a file to a form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the File Upload element. This will allow your form fillers to upload the document the files, images and much more. Let me show you how to add the file upload element on your form:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element. 
2. Select File Upload, from the basics elements. Drag and drop it on your form. That's it.
