Suspended Account

    I tried logging into my jotform account today and I discovered it has been suspended. Please may I know the reason.

    Hi Abel

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named PBIC | Student Admission Form that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    But can I change the email address to the institutions email why account is
    suspended? Or you will delete the previous form entirely.

    I just heard back from the relevant team. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named PBIC | Student Admission Form that was tagged as offering a fake service. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    I did check your form, and it looks like the tagging was a false positive, so I reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.

    Thanks for your reply and service. But please may I know the meaning of
    "false positive" tagging as used by you.
    Secondly, can I use my email with an institution form?

    Hi Abel

    False positive means that our system mistakenly flagged your form as a phishing form but it doesn't have anything that breaks our Terms of Use. As for your second question, I didn’t fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about what you want to do, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?
