How to unblock the appointment time slot?

    I should only have 6 submissions because one lady submitted the form twice, so I had to delete one of her appointments. I have followed the steps to delete the submission I want to make that time available again. I made sure to click delete forever and to my understand that is supposed to make the time slot available to others again, but it is still greyed out on the form. How can I fix that?

    Hi Jaimee,

    I checked your Christmas Truck Form and saw that the 1:30 PM time slot is no longer available, even after you delete and purge the submission. But when I cleared your form caches, the 1:30 PM slot is now available.

    You may also do this from your end to prevent issues with your forms. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually on your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
