My account is suspended

    I try to log in and I get a message that says my account suspended

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the email address you used on creating this ticket, and there's no Jotform account under it. Can you send us the email address or username associated with the account you can't log in, so we can check it?

    After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
