Hello, I'm trying to make an Employee application form on my website. Everything is working well except the video submission. I have tried using both Loom and Ziggeo.

We need applicants to submit a video of themselves in this form. We can't use Loom because the widget is not visible on a cell phone through Safari, I think.

Ziggeo let's someone record the a video from their phone, however we are not able to view the video when it's submitted.

I am frustrated, can you help me?

    Hi amylynn1981,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the File Upload element for this. Here's how to do it:

    1. On the left side, click on Add Element+.
    2. Under the Basic tab, click on File Upload to add it to your form.

And that's it. Note that the maximum individual file size allowed in Jotform is 1GB and the maximum recommended number of file uploads is 25 per entry. You can check out our guides on How to Change the Allowed File Types and Changing the File Upload Size Limit to know more about this.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
