Import Tool: Importing data from previous submission to new form is not working

I am trying to import someone's submissions to the new form, and it is just not working. please help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  Can you share the source file you're trying to use and the URL of the form where you wish to import the data for us to check and investigate further? You can save the file to Google Drive and share the public link to us.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
