Autoresponder Emails: How to create two of them?

Hi, I would like the notification email for Mentorship Program Survey - Jotform Form Builder to be sent to the two email fields that are located in the form. How do I do that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. All you need to do is create two autoresponder emails, each for every email address field:

It is easy to create autoresponder emails. Let me show you how to set that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Now, click on Add Email.
4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
5. Add the recipient emails from the Recipient tab.
6. Click Save.
