Hi, honestly using your form this year has given me the blues and constant issues. I've been to support so many times and every time, you guys tell me it's fixed. But then I send the link over to my customers and every SINGLE PERSON, tells me they receive an error message. This is definitely hurting my business and I will probably never use jotform again if you can't help me get this issue resolved TODAY. It should be seamless. I've used you guys before and never had these issues. All I want my customers to do is fill out the form, select the method of payment, (which they normally hit "cashapp") and instead of it allowing them to submit the form, it gives them this error message and won't allow them to submit the form to me. Please see screenshot. The screenshot that I'm sending to you is a direct screenshot that a CUSTOMER sent to me when she tried to submit her payment.

    Hi designsbydij1,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We understand how important it is to resolve this issue and ensure that you’re satisfied with it. We're here to help you every step of the way. Could you please confirm the form URL to investigate? Did you try to make a test submission by yourself to see how it works? Did you check your account on Square to verify it's correctly activated and no suspension on it?

Once we hear back from you, we will help you with this.

    Hi,

    This is the form: https://www.jotform.com/build/222206305780044

Yes, I have disconnected and reconnected my square account SO MANY times to test this out and still there's something that isn't working for my customers. My square account is just fine. It is not deactivated. Can you check into this to see what the issue is? It seems like you are giving me moreso general information, instead of giving me the resolution to my exact issue.. so help on my exact issue would be fabulous!

    Hi designsbydij1,

When I checked the form, our system shows, that it's already connected to your Square account. The error may be related to your Square account not being able to take payments yet. Check out this guide on how to enable Credit card and Cash App payments to your Square account.

Once done, and everything is good on Square's end, can you try to do a test submission? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on. I have also cleared the form cache on our end to refresh the data.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
