Jotform not working for one of my employees within Salesforce.

    Hello-

    I am the Salesforce.com (SFDC) admin for my company and have integrated Jotform to function as a tab within salesforce. It works fine for myself, and another employee however does not work for whatever reason to the newest Jotform employee I just gave SFDC permissions to. When she pulls up the Jotform tab it just spins. I have removed her Jotform permission and given it back to her had her reset her password and resync salesforce, but nothing helps and it just spins on the Jotform Tab. We also have the exact same permissions and license within SFDC.

    Hi Daniel,

    To better understand and resolve the problem, we recommend contacting the Salesforce Support team, and ask them to investigate the issue on their end. They may have logs or additional information that can help troubleshoot the issue. Can you also ask your newest employee to change the browser she is using, to see if that helps?
