This is exactly what I am trying to do, but I'm not sure I can understand the steps on this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/9160391-event-registration-with-the-option-for-multiple-attendees

    Hi Matt,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand what you want to do, but I need a little more time to investigate it.

We appreciate your patience while we look for a solution.

    Hi Matt,

If I understand you correctly, you want to create two forms for your event, one is to select the attendees, and the other one is to collect their individual information to send the invite link, QR code etc. Then send the information collected to the Google Sheet document, it's easy to do, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Single Choice element and add it as many as you want.

    2. Now, let's assume you want to set a correct answer for each question, to achieve this, click on the Single Choice element, and click on the Gear icon on the right side of it.

    3. Now, click on the Options tab, then, enable the Calculation Values option.

    4. Enter a number next to the correct question to set a score/value for that.

    5. Now, add a Form Calculation widget to your form, then, click on the Wand icon on the right side of it.

    6. Then, click on the Add Field button and select all the Single Choice elements you've added and add a Plus (+) between them and click on the green Save button. It should look similar to the one you see below:

    7. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Form calculation widget, then, click on the Advanced tab and toggle the Hide Field switch on.

    8. Now, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar, then, click on Conditions.

    10. Click on Change Thank you Page, paste the second form link to the URL field and create a condition similar to the one below:

Please note that Value is the pass score to redirect to the second form, I have 4 questions in my form and each of them are 25 points, so form fillers have to answer at least 3 questions correctly to reach the invitation form.

Now, we just need to set up the Google Sheets integration,

    11. Open the form you want to collect its submissions, and click on the Settings on the orange navigation bar.

    12. Click on Integrations, and type Google Sheets in the search bar, and select it.

    13. Now, click on Create New Spreadsheet and link your Google account.

    14. Then click on the Add Action button, in the page that opens, select the fields you want to map and click on the green Save button.

That's it, give it a try and let us how it goes.
