Change Zip Code field's Placeholder text.

Is there a way to update the placeholder text for billing zip code field on the Stripe payment form to display "zip code" instead of "12345" which is not descriptive at all. Please see the screenshot.

Users don’t realize they need to put zip code in there, some are trying 3 to 4 times and giving up and calling me and I end up taking it over phone.

    This is terrible UX.

    Hi CTHospiceDonate,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, CSS alone cannot directly add or modify the placeholder attribute of an input field which is why currently it is not possible to change the text of the Zip code field.

I've reached out to our relevant team to review this as a new feature request. Rest assured, we'll circle back to this thread as soon as I receive a response from them.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding while we’re looking into this.

    Hi CTHospiceDonate,

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform.

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

In the meantime, let us know if you have any more questions.
