    Hi Sketcher,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your Registration Form and found that you've added two fields in the field label to be encoded in your Dynamic QR Code. Note that only one field is accepted in the Dynamic QR Code. If you want to capture the other fields, you'll need to pass the data from your Name and Job Title field into a long text field using the Update/Calculate Field condition. Let me walk you through this:

First, let's add the short text field:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element on the left side of the page.
    2. Select Long Text from the Basic tab. How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 1 Screenshot 110
    3. Click on the Gear icon of the added field, and from the General tab, enter your preferred Field Label. How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 2 Screenshot 121
    4. From the Advanced tab, toggle Hide Field. How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 3 Screenshot 132
    5. Now, let's fix your Dynamic QR Code widget:
      a. Click on the Wand icon of your Dynamic QR Code widget, and enter the field label from your long text field in the Field Label to encode.
      b. Click on the Update Widget button at the button of the page. How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 4 Screenshot 143

Next, let's set up the condition:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Conditions from the left side window.
    3. Select Update/Calculate Field. How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 5 Screenshot 154
    4. Set up the condition like the one below:How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 6 Screenshot 165How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 7 Screenshot 176

The SUMMARY is the long text field that's been added. Make sure that the fields in the add field box are in String/color Gray. We also have to add the Dynamic QR Code widget in the Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Emails from the left side window.
    3. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder email. How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 8 Screenshot 187
    4. In the Email Content, click on the Form Fields button and select QR Code widget.
    5. Click on the Save button at the bottom of the page. How to add Dynamic QR Code in email Image 9 Screenshot 198
