    Hi Anupam,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To set up a Google Workspace email as the sender email is easy. Let me show you how to set it up:

    1. Enable the two-step verification for your Google Workspace account here.
    2. Login to your Jotform Account and go to Settings. How to Use Google Gmail as Your Email Sender? Image 1 Screenshot 50

    6. After providing the permissions, your SMTP server will be ready. You can run a test by clicking the Send Test Email button or Save your specific sender email settings. How to Use Google Gmail as Your Email Sender? Image 4 Screenshot 83

    Hello Anupam,

Yes, you can use your domain on Google Workspace with the same settings. However, if you have two-step verification enabled, you will need to use an App Password instead of your regular password.

Reach out again if you need any more help.
