HubSpot integration stopped working

My hubspot inegration has been working fine for months. Today it has stopped - no deal is being created on form submission. I have removed the integration and added it again.

I was able to create a Deal without any issues. Can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? It will also be helpful if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us. This guide will show you how to do that.
