My data is missing data in the downloaded document

    Hi Julia,

    When I've checked the form with 242270867935870 ID, I've noticed that the Activities field has an Empty option. If the users select Empty option, this field data will appear as “Empty” in the downloaded document.

    Also, multiple selections option is enabled for the field. If the form fillers select multiple options of the field without click on Shift, only the last selection will appear in the Tables. Let me show how to select multiple options:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the field you want to select multiple options.

    2. Click on SHIFT + Click for multiple selection. That's it.

Therefore, the form fillers can submit the form without answering to this field. As a result, this column will appear as blank in the downloaded document. Let me show how to make a field required:

    1. In Form Builder, select the field you want to make it required.
    2. Then, click on the Gear icon on the right side of it.
    3. In the menu opens on the right side, under the General tab, toggle Required On. That's it.
