What is the data limit (rows) for using the Jotform free use?

Would like to clarify, what is the data limit (rows) for using the Jotform free use.

Hi Jesrael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your Starter (free) plan will be limited to 100 Monthly Submission and 500 Total Submission Storage.

Monthly Submission refer to the total number of collected response from all your forms or imported to your account each month. Total Submission Storage refer to the maximum number of response, from all your forms, that you can keep in your account.

Monthly Submission count will reset every month and the count will not lower despite deleting the existing response. While Total Submission Storage count is per account basis and can be lowered by deleting unused submission.

When you reached Monthly Submission count, your form will show over quota error message. When you reached Total Submission Storage count, your form will delete the oldest submission to make room for the new submission.
