Having problem with form submitions.

    I'm having a problem with applicants submitting my form and paying. They even get an error message saying that there are errors when submitting and it is not giving them what the errors are. I have check paypal integrations and everything seems to be set up properly, but is not working.

    Hi Saylor,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I cloned your form and was able to successfully connect/integrate with the Paypal Business account. My suggestion in order to resolve this issue with your PayPal business connection would be to disconnect the existing integration and reconnecting it once more from the payment properties option within the Product List element directly within Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. Navigate to your form within Form Builder.
    2. Scroll down to the Product List element.
    3. Click on the Payment Properties option
    4. Disconnect and then reconnect the Paypal Business Account
    5. Click Save once completed

    If the issue still persists after reconnecting the Paypal Business account please share console logs if possible so that we can escalate this issue and investigate further if needed.
