Reactivate account

    My account seems to be deactivated. Can you help me get it back up and running?,

    Hi Zachary,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Social Security #’s that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Hi Zachary,

    We’vedeleted the offending form on your account and lifted the suspension. You can now log in to your account. Please refrain from making new forms with fields that are against our Terms of Use to avoid this kind of thing from happening again.
