Autoresponder email is not sending to submitters.

    The email with a copy of the signed agreement is not being sent. I try to test, but not receiving test email either. Please help.

    Hi AmenUniversity,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your autoresponder email, and it appears that you're using the first email address, which is hidden from the submitters. Can you try to choose a second email field in your autoresponder emails? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builderin the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings. 

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Hover your mouse over your Autoresponder and click on the Pencil icon to customize it.

    4. Under the recipients tab, select the second email address field. Autoresponder email is not sending to submitters Screenshot 20

    Can you try to test your form again? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
