How to View Incomplete Submissions?

Can I see people's incomplete submissions? I'm having people claim that their apps aren't going through so I'd like to see if there are partial submissions?

And what could be the cause of some not going through, a jotform error, or do they have security settings set on their computer that is preventing it?

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can Enable Save and Continue Later on your form to let your form fillers save their progress from time to time in case they're unable to submit. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, on the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the Save and Continue Later option. Just Enable it and that's it.

    3. You can also customize the email that gets sent to them with the Draft Link by clicking on the blue text just below it.

When form fillers save their progress, you can also check these answers in the Incomplete Submissions in Jotform Tables. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Tables, click on the 3 vertical dots right beside the tab name.

    2. In the dropdown, click on Incomplete submissions.

You've mentioned that submissions are not going through. Can you share with us the Form URL so we can check on it? If you have a screenshot of the error, can you also share that with us also? This guide will show you how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
