I want a grouped dropdown with multiple selection.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understood correctly, you want to add a dropdown that allows you to check multiple options. Sure, you can add the Checkbox in Dropdown widget. Let me show you where and how with my Example Form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left.
2. Then click on the Widgets tab on the left menu.
3. Now, find and click on Checkbox in Dropdown.
4. Enter the list of options (separated by a new line) under Options on the right panel.
5. Then click on Update Widget.
