    Hi Evan Chan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Smart PDF form Site Specific Form (New)? When you open the PDF editor, you will see this pop-up message when you update. You will see the pop-up message regarding the recent update on your form.

    1. Open your Smart PDF Forms in the build section, click on the downward arrow and Select the PDF Editor. How do I turn that off the updated document? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    2. Choose No, Keep option when a pop-up message shows up for the recently updated form.

If this is not what you are referring to, then can you please explain a bit more? You can also share with us the screenshot and show us the area about the about refer you are referring to. So, we can understand it better and help you with it.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Yes! How do I turn that off? I want to make sure that the form always stays the same for Audit Trail.

We want to make sure that we can go back and see the form that was filled out, the original. Because in a year, we may update the form, but the records of the old ones need to stay the same.

    Hi Evan,

Unfortunately, it is not possible to turn off the pop-up message when the form gets updated so you just need to click on the "No, Keep" button again.

Please note that the submission entries will stay the same and the pop-up message is for the PDF design or template in the PDF Editor. Making changes to the PDF template or design does not affect the submission data in the form.

Let us know if you need any more help.
