Can I see the submitter's details if I upgrade?

if I upgrade can I actually see who did respond?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the 2 forms on your account and I see that you don't collect personal details such as name or email. In this case, your form is anonymous. Upgrading to a plan will still not collect the personal details of the users if you do not have fields that collect those types of details.
