What if I use up my 100 forms in a year and need more?

I am a nonprofit and am looking for something other than DocuSign to use for emailing contracts to people for them to sign and send back.

Is JotformSign different from Jotform (Nonprofit)?

Also, If I use all 100 forms in the GOLD 50% discounted plan for non-profits and need more, what are my options?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform Sign is dedicated electronic signature feature. It allows you to create documents that need signatures, send them out for signing, and manage signed documents. It’s specifically designed for electronic signatures and contract management.

On the other hand, Jotform (Nonprofit) refers to the general form-building and data collection platform that JotForm offers, which includes various features for creating forms, surveys, and collecting data. While you can use JotForm to create forms for collecting information, it doesn’t have the dedicated signing and contract management features of JotForm Sign.

You can get unlimited forms and submissions on your forms by upgrading your account to Enterprise Subscriptions. If you are interested in upgrading to Enterprise subscriptions, you can Contact Enterprise Sales Team directly to get more details about our Enterprise plan. But do take note that the Non-Profit Discount is not available to Jotform Enterprise users.

Thank you for your reply. With Jotform Sign, how many different templates can I create and send? I would need to send about 150 contracts over the course of a year and each contract would be individually personalized.

Each plan have different limits when it comes to Jotform Sign feature. With the Gold plan, you can send up to 1,000 Monthly signed Documents. Since the number of Sign Documents is counted as the Number of forms, you can create 100 different templates on the Gold plan.
