    Hi,

It appears several rows in our form 'Holy Flames 2024 Registration" were deleted. This may be due to being at capacity. How can we restore that data?

    Hi Natisha,

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. We have a Revision History feature that lets you revert your form back to an older version. That way, you might be able to recover the fields you said were deleted. Let me show you how to use it:

    1. At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
    2. Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
    3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.Revision History: How to recover deleted fields from a form Image 1 Screenshot 20

In case the fields you're looking for didn't show up after reverting the form to the selected version, or to all the versions you tried reverting the form to, you may need to recreate them. As for the capacity part, if you're talking about the number of fields and/or widgets you can use in a form, you have a limit of up to 100 for a Starter Plan (free account). You can check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits. You can also check our Pricing page for an overview of an account's limits per plan.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

    Thanks for your answer!

I'm actually referring to my submissions. There are several submissions that we know we received but are no longer displayed.

    Hi Natisha,

That helped me to understand what’s happening. To make sure I can address it properly and to avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
