    Hi Charles,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the list of people who fill out your form? If yes, you can check the Jotform Tables of the form. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your account and go to All Forms.

    2. Select a form by clicking the checkbox.

    3. Then click the Submissions Tab.

Under the submission table, you will be able to see the data. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?

Let us know if you have any other questions.

I am new to this site so please understand

So, when I send a link to my form to employees within our company, then they click on the link & are able to use it as often as they need. Correct?

My other question would be --- beside me, what other employees are able to create forms and publish? Is there a list of those types of users somewhere that I can review?

    Hi Charles,

To clarify, is your form status set to Public form? if so, anyone with the form link can access and fill it out. In this case, you won't be able to see a list of users who have access unless they actually submit the form. Once they submit, you can view their details in the Jotform Tables, just as suggested by my colleague.

However, if you've invited your employees via the invite-by-email feature, you can see a list of invited users. Here's how you can check it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. Under the Invite by email option, you'll see the list of users you invited.

If your employees have their own Jotform accounts, they can create forms independently. Unfortunately, there is no list to review which of your employees are creating forms unless you're using Jotform Enterprise with user management features.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
