Not sure what I'm doing wrong here but I'm trying to clear out some space in our storage. I've deleted some tables with large uploads, purged them from the trash, reset the cache, I've logged out and logged back in, but the upload space stays the same. (59.65 GB out of 100GB used.)

    Hi Stacey,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Western Living's Designers of the Year 2024 Entry form and saw that you forgot to purge the deleted submissions from the trashed entries, which is why the upload space stays the same. Emptying the trashed entries is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In the Submission Tables, click the 3 Dots icon of the tables tab.
    2. Select Trashed Entries.Upload space limit doesnt change after deleting the entries Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. From the Trash window on the right side, click on Select All.
    4. Select Delete Forever.Upload space limit doesnt change after deleting the entries Image 2 Screenshot 51
    5. From the catalog, choose Delete to confirm.Upload space limit doesnt change after deleting the entries Image 3 Screenshot 62

You can download the submissions and the submission files if you want to save a copy and not lose any important information. Emptying the Trashed Entries folder will permanently delete the submissions.
