Full Screen Mode on the Embed

ABOVE I HAVE A PAGE THAT THAT I HAVE EMBEDDED A JOT FORM IN. HOWEVER, HISTORICALLY IT WOULD HAVE OPENED IN A NEW FULL SCREEN WINDOW WHEN YOU BEGIN TO CLICK ON THE EMBEDDED FORM. THIS ONE DOESN'T DO THAT. IT IS HOSTED ON GO DADDY'S BASIC WEBSITE BUILDER IN CASE YOU NEED THAT INFORMATION.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Just to make sure that I understood what you're asking, you want the embedded form to open in another window when you click any part of it, or only when you click the submit button? If so, it's easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Thank You Page on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Redirect to an external link after submission.
4. Enter the URL of your landing page.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? Also, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

See the link below that I am adding. I’m not talking about the landing
page. I’m talking about the entire document currently it’s in bedded
historically when you click all the embedded version of it, it
automatically opens to a full screen. However, the options that are in this
link are not available to me for some reason. I am paying for my membership
and when I was using the free options, there was a problem but the moment I
start paying for it that option is gone and I don’t understand.

As I understand, you are looking for a feature that switch to full-screen mode automatically, I show you in the screenshot below:

This feature is only available on the Card Forms layout. When I checked the form that you embed has a Classical Form Layout. Therefor, you can't use this feature. If it isn't the case, can you give more information and also the information of the past embed method that you use?
