Forms: Jotforms are same with survey?

We are looking at embedding a survey on a website - what is the monthly/yearly fee? Also, what branding aspects are available? We do not want it to have the jotform logo on it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to embed your form, you can embed it even though you have a Starter plan. But, the limits are only limited in terms of submissions, fields per form and how forms you can create. For the Jotform logo, you need to have a paid subscription to remove the branding logo. You can check out this guide about How to Remove Jotform Branding.

ok, so your forms are the same as surveys? Thats where I was confused on the pricing page.
