ACCOUNT DISABLED AFTER DOWNGRADE

    Hi Team JotForm,


    I am very sad at this moment after my form link got disabled and i don't know for whatever reason exactly, though i am a premium user and that dated back to 2021 if i may be right, i necessarily don't have the capacity to maintain the monthly fee which means the last time i subscribed was Tue, May 7 unless there are times i needed to pay to upgrade which i can deal with the account getting downgraded back after my premium service has been offered. but one thing that is hard to bear and live with is having my whole account and link disabled for no exact reason and it couldn't be worse loosing such work space, I'd be glad if you help look into this before more loss is inflicted on my business.

    Hi Remote Skylines,

    I checked your account, and it appears that the forms 'Clone of Employment Form' and 'Clone of Clone of Employment Form' were flagged as offering fake services. If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • The URL where your form is used.
    • Valid documentation/s supporting your claim
    • Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    Send these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #19144861 as your subject, and following an in-depth review of your documentation, we'll notify you regarding the state of your account.

    We also advise changing your registered email address to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.
