we had a email notification not send yesterday for our 'website cater quote request' for the attached request. This is the first notification that has failed. Is there somewhere I can view the history of notifications that come form submissions?

    Hi Travis,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can directly see the email logs in your account. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click the avatar/profile picture at the right side of your page.
    2. In the dropdown, click the Settings. You will then be redirected to the Settings page.Didnt receive the email notification Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. On the Settings page, click the History tab on your left-hand menu.
    4. Select The Emails in the Action. You will then see the user submissions as well as the email address. You can click the link icon of each entry to show the details of the submission.Didnt receive the email notification Image 2 Screenshot 41

Thanks for this information. It appears this email notification FAILED according to the logs. What would cause this?

    Hi Travis,

I checked the email logs of the email address bhndamz@amazon.com. It appears that Amazon's email server flagged the form submission as spam. When this happens, Amazon's email filtering system will move the email to a Spam/Junk folder or block it entirely.

To prevent this from happening, advise the form user to follow the steps below:

    1. Check if the Email is in their Spam/Junk folder. Mark the email as Not Spam.
    2. Add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to their Contact List.
    3. Contact their Email Provider and request to Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
